We want our customers to receive their cricket equipment in proper condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery.

1. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be considered when:

• The product received is damaged

• The product is defective

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product received differs materially from the product ordered

• The product meets another return condition specifically mentioned on its product page

2. Products Must Be Unused

Unless the issue is related to a manufacturing defect or incorrect/damaged delivery, returned products should generally be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by the invoice/order details

• Free from marks or damage caused after delivery

For cricket equipment, products that have been used, played with, modified, knocked-in, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect/damaged delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return because of their nature or condition.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

If the replacement product is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered.

8. Shipping Charges

The treatment of shipping charges will depend on the reason for the return and the applicable return conditions.

Where the issue is attributable to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by SAMYAK SPORTS, the applicable resolution will be provided in accordance with our return process.
